Your Role at Relatient
We are seeking a Client Success Advisor to join our team. This role has a preference to be located in the Greater Atlanta Metro, but a fully remote candidate will be considered with the right skillset.
How you'll make an impact:
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional service and support across Relatient’s suite of products, including patient messaging, scheduling, payment, and surveys.
- Revenue Growth and Retention: Strategically manage accounts to maintain and grow revenue. Develop and execute strategies for renewals, pricing, and contract terms to ensure client satisfaction and value.
- Product Adoption and ROI: Promote the adoption and utilization of Relatient’s products. Provide data-driven insights and best practices to enhance client ROI and drive advocacy within their organization and the broader market.
- Upsell and Cross-Sell: Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services. Align offerings with client needs and company strategy.
- Market Engagement: Build and sustain positive relationships with market allies. Facilitate formal referenceable accounts to support new client acquisition and market growth.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to revenue and relationships. Address day-to-day client issues and orchestrate cross-functional teams to resolve complex or persistent problems effectively.
- Client Education and Advocacy: Educate clients on maximizing their investments in Relatient products. Ensure clients are equipped to represent the value of Relatient solutions and serve as advocates for our products.
- Account Management and Documentation: Segment and manage your book of business based on client needs and revenue opportunities. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting on account activities, adhering to Relatient activity guidelines.
- Contract Compliance: Oversee adherence to contract terms and specifications. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance and manage contractual obligations.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing multiple client and senior executive relationships, serving as a trusted advisor for client strategy.
- Healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Proven track record in a goal-oriented, self-directed environment.
- Strong presentation skills, both written and oral.
- Experience in identifying, managing, and mitigating risks, as well as managing renewal and upsell pipelines

Pay & Perks:
For positions based in the U.S., the estimated salary range for this role is $75,000-$120,000. Actual compensation depends on experience, skills, location, and other factors such as internal equity and budget.
